If you didn't tell them to get out, then don't get mad for them not getting out. If you can't profit on people who celebrate (in terms of tip / costs) - then raise your prices. Tips are not mandatory, but voluntary - you can't expect someone to give extra.

I do not understand those people... but neither do I understand calculated and/or mandatory tipping "because their wages are so low". In part I'm inclined to say "go to school and get a job so you can pay off the debt you got for doing that, and dont be a waiter anymore", but for those without the mental aptitude for college I'm like "you could work somewhere else you know". Maybe if they got better service they would have left before closing time and given the lazy server a tip.... just saying, if I order a drink and the server takes an outstandingly long time to deliver when you know there isn't too many people in the restaurant.... don't be surprised... oddly enough, I was one of the people at this party constantly asking: "where is the waiter" over and over again

Did you let them stay longer? If yes, whats your point? Of course, if a waiter has to stay longer so that I can finish my meal/drink in peace, that should be worth a small tip (exept the waiter is noticeable crumpy). Normaly I tip the waiter, if his/her service isnt noticeable bad/unfriendly, but its not my duty to do so, Im already paying for my food/drinks, paying the waiter is the job of the employer.

Welcome to reality, cupcake. The whole tipping thing has gotten way out of proportion. Do your job that you are getting paid for. If you get a tip; good for you. If I wanted to pay 20% more for my food, I'd go to a better restaurant.
